In order to make this thread kosher around here, it's purpose is to discuss CRIA/censorship, not invites/torrents/apps/etc.

I'm going to be very suprised if this isn't overturned, after all the supreme court ruled that sharing of intellectual property wasn't illegal right?

heh, the RCMP proving what an absolute joke of a "police" force they are.

Regarding the ruling on MP3's, if demonoid allows the users in Canada to upload the MP3's, then this is illegal (which they obviously do). You can leech, but you cant share.
