Im doing some research for all-season tires which will go on a 93 Camry. Im wondering if anyone has had any insight or experience with the following tires:

Yokohama Avid Touring
Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 with UNI-T
Bridgestone Turanza LS-T with UNI-T AQII
Bridgestone Turanza LS-H, -V, and -Z with UNI-T AQII
GoodYear Regatta 2

Im looking at the reader surverys at tirerack.com but Im wondering if anyone at atot had any experience with the above tires?

I had Regatta 2's on my Accord until my recent wheel/tire upgrade. They're pretty decent tires. Hard compound so they lasted me 60k and I drive pretty hard (cornering and such). I'd say they're a good tire if you're not interested in high performance.

My friend has Yokohama AVID H4 which he likes. it's a whole lot better than the Toyo FZ4.

Don't get Michelin MXV4+, they suck.

I had Regatta 2's on my last car. They were quieter, had a better ride, and had better snow traction than the Michelins they replaced.

I was about to post a similar question when I found this thread.

I'm especially interested in hearing about the Yokohama Avid Touring, which sells for about $54, or Even in WalMart, the cheaper, no-brand tire is about $75. I want to replace the OEM Goodyear's that did not make $35,000.

Also, what about Kumho tires? They are equally cheap.
