Ok heres the deal, back in Nov last year I bought my wife a 02 Mazda Protegé one thing I never noticed on it was that the alignment was off big time, and my wife never told me about it till last month(I never drive the thing), well I took
it in to the dealer and they aligned it last week, well it still pulls to the right and when I took it back they told me since it has over 12k miles on it they will now have to charge me to get it realigned and to me that is BS, is there anything I can
do about this, I personally think I shouldn't have to pay for something that wasn't done correctly the first time.

BTW I live in California.

You should have paid attention during the first 12,000 miles. Not the dealer's fault that you didn't drive the car for a year.
