YACT (Yet Another Car Thread)

So I have these stupid trees/bushes at my workplace. I had some sap get on my truck over the past week. Now I just washed it, actually washed the hood twice. Then tried to wax it and it still looks horrible. I even picked a little spot and scraped with my fingernail and it doesn't come off. It's almost like the sap has bonded with my paint and it will never come off unless I get a dang grider.

Any good ideas for hardened sap removal on a vehicle that worked for you?

I googled it of course but am looking for more personal reponses to see what works for you guys.

Thanks

If you have a walmart near by. They sell "Bug and Tar" remover comes in a black bottle and has a green bug on the bottle. You leave it on for a minute and wax off the excess. We get a lot of bugs here during this season and this stuff works quite well.

I second the "Bug and Tar" stuff. You can get it at pretty much any store with an automotive section, and it works really well. I use it get tar and rock salt stains off from the wintertime.
