YACT: Would this power a car stereo?

Came across this yesterday, I was wondering if you cut the cigarette adapter thing off and solder/mount/whatever the bare wires to something that a car stereo could be attached to. Its for a very large project that incorporates a car stereo and would need to be run indoors.

wouldn't you have to consider how many amps it produces and how many the stereo would need, etc.?
