YACT: would the o2 sensor from a prelude work in an accord?

i think my 93 accord's o2 sensor is shot and they are expensive to replace. but i have access to a stock 92 prelude sensor. so, im wondering if they are the same thing. the links below show that the replacement parts are the same:

at the very least, do you think putting this prelude sensor in my accord will screw it up (im assuming no)?
