Why won't Infiniti bring their AWD to the 6-speed G35? Right now, it's only available on the 5-speed Automatic Sedan.

this is what i would assume.

No one would buy it. Only 5% of the G35s are manual in the first place.

Same reason Honda won't put a manual tranny in a V6 Accord Sedan.

yeh i think that sucks too.
i saw my first G35X a few days ago too.. (not that it looks any different)
but just proves they don't sell that many.

If they could make a business case for it, I'm sure they'd do it. But sales figures don't lie, Americans love automatics. I'm sure Infiniti simply can't justify the development/marketing costs to build a manual G35X sedan. Maybe they'll consider it down the road if enough people demand it.
