YACT - White Leather Seats

I have some white leather seats in my Firebird, but unfortunately, they are beginning to wear and fade in a few spots. I don't have the money to get them professionally recovered, so that really isn't an option. Someone told me to try white shoe polish, but it doesn't work well at all. Does anyone know of a product out that can cover up the fading/wearing spots?

There is some sort of really good leather restoration product Ive read about on the car/bmw forums. Its called something like Leathique. ??
