YACT: Which car would you buy?!?!?!

my friend is looking at getting a new car around mid-$35k and decided he wants to test drive these two for now;

decked out Charger R/T around $34k (massive hemi v8, nice bling bling wheels, interior ok)
or
an Acura TL w/nav (good hp, reliable, kick arse interior)

any other suggestions are fine, but he doesn't want MB or BMW (unloading his C class now b/c he says it's sh|t)

Acura. It'll last longer, gets better gas milage, and it's more fun to drive.

$35K no bimmer than I'd go with a G35 over the acura but the interior is still subpar compared to the acura and the bimmer but still worth the tradeoff if he wants a RWD car

I think the Acura TL looks better, but the Charger's Hemi would kick it's ass in performance.

Considering that the Charger and TL pull .80 and .81, respectively, on a skidpad, I think handling will be a wash.

Regarding gas mileage, the Charger shoudl get around 17/25 on regular, while the TL gets 20/29 on premium. Again, a wash.

that charger does look pretty mean.... also for 35k, an audi A4 can have options + 5k to mod (if your friend is into that).
350z if he wants a coupe.

Have you driven the charger? Just curious what your opinion is based on.

I go with the Acura TL. It's nicer inside than the G35 but seems like people who like the G35 spend a lot of time outside staring at it while I would be inside driving the car.
