Getting 50HP out of a VW will be a lot easier and cheaper than most Honda's - the VW comes turboed from the factory.Originally posted by: zerocool84

Yeah, let's not even count the amount of time that the different mods to get that same power from each car would take... in one case you're replacing an electrical component, in the other you'd probably have to slap on FI of some kind or do 50 different little modifications as well as Type R stickers.Originally posted by: Aharami

exactly my point. When it comes to modding, turboed cars are much easier to wring hp out of for cheap than NA cars

I've driven an R32 and a Civic Vtec-theyre both slow compared to this car-and their interiors are horrible.

He might have been talking about replacement parts. I'm not sure about VW's, but comparing my Honda to my dad's Volvo, everything is cheaper to replace, even the rotors.Originally posted by: Aharami

APR chip starting from $599 giving output 252 whp, 303 wtq

I like where this discussion is going! I'm not really digging the look of the Viggen that much, it looks... outdated.Oh, and I spelled pole like that on purpose... FF has a spell checker you know.
