Is this website accurate? For small cars, it lists an Integra as #1, Civic #2, Corolla #3, and Tercel #4, Impreza #5, etc... It has Nissan Sentra down at slot #10, below Suzuki, Mazda, and Ford.

However, on large cars it has Camry #1, Accord #2, Maxima #3 for reliablity, so it doesn't count Nissan out there.

Is the Sentra just not the same build quality of a Maxima? The website considers Nissan and Subaru to be a notch below the build quality of Toyota and Honda.

The Sentra has historically been a very reliable car.
Check out MSN Auto's reliability rating: http://autos.msn.com/vip/usedrelover.aspx?modelid=3229&src=vip#Reliability

I know from personal experience that it is a solid commuter car, and it's built for reliability. The engine uses a timing chain instead of a timing belt, it comes with 100,000 mile platinum-tipped spark plugs, and I have had no major problems in 50,000 miles so far.
Initial quality is OK, not superb (and not up to Maxima standards) but long-term it is a dependable car.

How long have they been including a timing chain and plat. plugs?

I believe they've been using a timing chain at least since the early 90's IIRC. I don't know about the plugs, my car is a 2000 but I don't know if previous generations had them.
