My trusty Ford Escort has come down with a cold. She's idling strangely: one second fine the next it revs up and then almost stalls out. The wipers come on when i put my blinker on and at other random times. So tomorrow I'm heading out to brave the cold and seeing if i can figure out what's wrong. I'm guessing a crossed wire or bad switch. Hopefully something simple and cheap since It's Christmas and I'm poor. I've never really done this sort of thing before so we'll see how it goes. Anyone have any ideas of what i should be looking for? Or suggestions for not messing things up more than they already are?
