Opinions? installed w/ alignment and balannce for 566, good deal? (4 tires @ 31x10.5x15)

I told the guy i had a $600 budget, installed, and what size i needed and this is what he suggested, actually two different places suggested these, albiet they're both 'goodyear' stores.....comes with 40k warranty....any opinions? Mostly for highway driving
