YACT: Throttle pedal resistance?

How much resistance do you prefer on your gas pedal? Very light? Stiff? Somewhere in between?

I really hate cars that don't provide enough feedback through the pedal. It's too easy for me to lose track of what position the pedal's at if I don't feel resistance. Ankle gets more tired if there's no resistance too.
