2000 Dodge Neon Manual

Just had the head gasket replaced, timing belt done, tune up, alternator replaced.

If I punch the gas, it stutters\surges... not REAL bad, but noticeable... it used to happen at a specific speed (40-45) before all the work I had done Now it seems to happen whenever I punch the gas.

Or at least I noticed it at 2,3,4 gear...

What does this mean? I thought, maybe it was a bad plug, but they were replaced....
 
Sounds like a problem I had recently, I changed the plugs and "wires" (boots for my coil on plug setup) and it fixed it.
