Yeah but to get it like I want it puts it over budget. :( Might as well look at the G35 in that range.

Edit: Damn! You changed your post! My truck has suicide doors, I will never own another vehicle that does. Also, I have noticed a lot of Altimas on the road lately.

Well, the honda clearly is not RWD.

An RX8 with a couple of options can be had for 30k and I'd urge you to get in one before concluding that it won't seat people in the back. I've sat in the back of one and it will seat two adults _comfortably_.

Don't buy an altima. They are boring. Everyone has one, and their interior is sh*t.

TSX doesn't have enough horsepower to really compete with the others on the highway.

It may be less peppy than the others, but it makes up for it in spades in quality and ammenities. And for me anyway, a 7.2 0-60 isn't terrible. But it's not bad. And the smaller engine makes it more flingable than the others. It's more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow :)

well assuming you're just driving the car and not trying to race with anybody, the tsx has more than enough power for the highway.

Acura RSX-S absolutely loaded for under 30k. Very very nice car.

Edit: Smartest Deal would be to get an '02 RSX-S loaded and certified. Will save you a good $5000 and comes with 100k mile bumper to bumper parts and labor.
