Sounds like it might not be bolted on tightly, possibly? If the dealer installed it, I'd have them check it out.
 
it's probably loose, can you reach the screws that bolt it in from beneath the trunk? maybe tightening it would help (don't tighten it too much, just see if anythign is loose). it shouldn't rattle if it's a good fit. i've had a spoiler on my previous car for 16 years and it was fine, only the license plate rattled.
 
Its kind of tight but it does give if you shake it.

"dealer installed != Genuine Mazda"

Its supposed to be a Mazda part...
