thinking speed bleeders. any reason to get a vac instead, assuming I have no other uses for it other than brake bleeding?
 
i'll sell you my mighty-vac. i only used it once. $25 shipped. its the plastic one tho, not the silverline.
 
Well, you can use the vac to diagnose vacuum problems. I ended up getting one because I couldn't find a mighty-vac locally.
 
Yup... you can use the vacuum to affect various regulators or general stuff that works off vacuum.

Oh, and speed bleeders suck... they have a tendency to not work properly and because of their softness, they have a tendency to fuXr your calipers in the process. I've seen and heard about a few cases of that.
