So I pull out of my house, embarking onto Wendy's and their dollar menu. I pull down my road, a Black Cavalier turns left so she's ahead of me. She signals to the right, pulls over to the right to a crawl. It looks like she's parking, so I move over to pass by. Well all of a sudden the driver tries to pull left, across the road, into a driveway in front of us. I try to swerve to the left to avoid her because shes just starting to come off of the curb. Unfortunately, her left front tire smacked into my front tire, and scraped along to the back passenger door because I swerved over so much which allowed her to circle around more and really get me and I'm trying to pull to the side. Gonna be a nice premium now on my insurance.

YOu haven't heard of "No Fault" Insurance, have you? Even if you're not responsible at all, they shaft you. Quite common.

It doesn't matter even if you're at fault partially. As long as you're less than 50% responsible and your insurance company does not have to make a payout your rates will not rise (or at least thats the way it worked for me - if they want to raise your rates get a better insurance company. I use State Farm)

When you said hand-drawn, I expected that you scanned childish, crayon-drawn pictures. Imagine my disappointment.
