YACT: Replacing camry antenna

So while I'm home over the summer I get use my parents 1992 camry. Only problem is, the antenna is gone, and there is no tape deck in the radio 🙁. Is there anything inexpensive I can use to replace the antenna, and is it relatively easy?

edit
I don't have the original (broken) antenna any more.

Haha nice. I'm actually not so much concerned with what it gets replaced as with anchoring it in the base. I can't tell too well but it looks like there isn't even a stub left of the old one.

If you have the power antenna, you can replace the mast for about $16 at Pep Boys. I wish I knew they had it before I ordered a Toyota one on the web for $30. If the antenna motor is shot, some places sell a universal antenna assembly, or just get a rubber antenna for about $15 to $20.

Replacing an antenna mast (either power or stationary) is very easy. You'll be surprised just how easy and cheap it really is, once you do it.

Yup, the only hard part is getting at the bloody hole and running the wire.

If you replace just the mast, there is no wiring to deal with.

From my experience, the dealer ones tend to be of much higher quality then aftermarket, even for something as simple as a mast.
