My 1996 Honda has served me well in college. I get great gas mileage, haven't had any major repairs except an AC condenser unit (because I run the AC nearly all the time in TX). I am slowly considering buying a new car since we have a baby on the way soon and I am beginning to worry about reliability. Right now, my Honda has 118k miles and several dents. None of the dents are my fault, just a lot of hit and runs in different parking lots :( Some dents are small and I figure cheap to repair. But I have a couple of bad ones and my hood is slightly bent from someone backing into my car in a parking lot. I am trying to figure out what type of repair place to use, whether one of the mobile ones or a body shop. I'll post pics later to show damage.

I appreciate any help and opinions :)

sell it as it is, you wont get your money back from fixing the dents when you sell it.

Unless you or a friend of yours is handy around cars. If this is the case, then you can fix cheaply and get a little extra money.

Probably not worth the trouble though. Just sell as is.

The only thing I would try is getting one of those dent popper deals. They are cheap and work very well. Other then that, I would not invest any $ into fixing it, since you are going to sell it.

Looks pretty unanimous so far. I should be able to discount the price of the car by the estimated repair costs when I sell it, right? I am hoping it still has some value since it runs like a champ and the interior is still clean.
