I've seen PrepAll clean off a pretty bad case of paint overspray on a car before. You'll need to give your paint a good wax job afterwards.
 
Clay Bar + Wax worked great. Now my car looks brand new.

Of course I didn't do it myself, as I don't have the time to. $110, yikes. But it's worth it since the neighbors decided to pay after I talked to "angry dad".
