Link Front quarter shot (Note that big smear of purple bird poop was not included in the purchase price)

Link Rear quarter shot (Note that the extensive bank of SUPPROTER: FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE stickers were included in the purchase price. They are known for bargaining stuff down to a warning. Previous owner actually got pulled over and APOLOGIZED TO. The scrape on the rear bumper is the only damage, I'll clearcoat that spot.)

Link The interior is nice as well.

The entire car was PRISTINE when I took it out for the test drive yesterday - all the dirt you see in the quarter shots is from my shakedown.

I don't think there's enough room under the hood for a turbo (or much of anything), so I think I'll be concentrating on appearance and audio. Damn I just made myself feel like a riceboy. Keep in mind that everything I do will be in good taste.

EDIT: My old gear will work in this thing. Pressure wash and jackstands, here I come.

Fixed. And yeah, it's an Escort. It was cheap, just got overhauled, and doesn't look like a beater. Oh, and it's less than 15 years old. That's always a plus.

It's a '98, and I'm pretty sure that that's a plastic piece. And if you think THAT'S dirty, you should've seen the under-hood area on the Turbovan. THAT was messy.

fwd car with about the same amount of hp as my sportbike... how is that a project car?
The only cool thing i could think of is doing a zetec swap from a wrecked svt focus. You can pick up most of the svt focus parts for dirt cheap. My buddy got the entire suspension (springs shocks and swaybars) for under 400 bucks form the dealer.
