our family has a 1992 mazda mpv and i feel it has served us well, but my parents weren't really satisfied with the power / braking. as a passenger, i really liked it though, because the middle row was a bench seat so i could lie down with my feet dangling over the edge. you can like down in the back but it takes up the entire width of the car so you have to put your feet up on the window or lie with your knees up. but because the middle row is only 2 seats and there is space between it and the door, you can lie down comfortably.

The best under valued minivan on the market right now is the 2000+ Ford Windstar. It does have any of the quality issues the previous models had plus its resale value is down for the same reason the older models are.

<-- Wife drives a 2000 Windstar after seven year in a Mercedes Benz 300TE and she loves it. 😀
