YACT: Looking at a Legacy GT Ltd.

I'm looking for a used MY2005, and I found one with 33k miles on it for 20,995. I've talked to the dealer via email asking how low they would be willing to go, and they would let me have it for 19,750. I haven't told them I have a trade-in (04 WRX). Does this seem like a decent deal?

I've heard of new Legacy GT Ltd's going for ~$25K new off the lot. $20K seems a bit high for 33K miles to me, but that's me.
