Very nice. I'm assuming the LGT is used as 06's have been on the lots for more than 6 months. First things you should notice is that the 2.5L engine has a lot more low-end torque, less lag, and the tranny is a lot stronger.

Starting MSRP of the 06 Legacy GT is $28,795 according to Subaru.

Uh... no. MSRP for an 06 LGT Limited is $28,795. The only rebate available right now is $1,500 off through the end of the month.

Yea, just for the 06's though since they have variable valve timing now. Not for the op's 05 model.

Silver. Kind've funny story: As I was signing the papers some people walk into the dealership and say they want to test drive the same car I was just signing the papers for. The dealer who I was signing the papers with was grinning with me, as he told the other dealer (and the prospective buyers) that it was spoken for. I told them they had good taste though :p

Gah, I thought you bought a new car not an used car.
That would've made a huge difference in the price.
Anywas Subaru Legacies are my fav Subarus. :)

I was considering Outback XT, but we got Acura TL instead.
Good luck with Legacy :)

2 y/o car, so it's a little over the average. I don't drive all that much anyways so it's not a big deal. Subarus can go over 150k miles easy.

Yep, 35k miles. I was impressed with the Sport Mode for the 5EAT, so I went with it. I'm happy I did so far.
