According to edmunds.com, this is about 2K under TMV and its carfax record is clean.

It's a V6, but I think that's a fine deal. It's got a lot of miles left in it if it was driven normally.

I don't know. I have seen a few 94-95 GTs on lots for around $5k-$5500 but they did all have 100k+ miles on them. I wouldn't pay that much for a v6 stang but I might have different priorities. I wanted something fast that left me plenty of money to play with after buying it. I ended up with a 89 5.0 coupe for $3500.
