I have always liked the looks of the 8-series, but a lot of people don't care for it, and call it bloated and too sinister. IMO the Ferrari 456 is quite a bit handsomer. For that matter, I think the original E46 3-series coupe is better looking, as is, arguably, the G35 coupe (though obviously these are in a different class). I could name at least ten Ferraris that are better-looking IMO, but I am limiting this to 2+2 GT cars to compare apples to apples.

I always loved it. Yes, it did look sinister, that's what was so great about it. Modern cars are largely lacking that sinister "glower".
