YACT: Is mixing synthetic and non-synthetic motor oil harmful to the engine?

I changed my oil today and after draining the oil discovered that I had only 2 quarts of Mobil 1 instead of 4 as needed. So I went ahead and used 2 quarts of Mobil 1 and 2 quarts of the same grade Supertech oil my Housemat had handy. Is that going to cause me problems before my next oil change 5k from now?
