YACT: Ideas for preparing fish

I've got two swordfish steaks(8oz) and 4 mahi mahi cuts(4-6oz I guess) and I haven't the slighest idea how to prepare them. I've also got 2 lemons, salt & peper, olive & vegetable oils, butter, 5 salad dressings, and a few other basic spices including adobo w/o peper. If I absolutely have to, I can run to the store. Last time I had one of these posted we tackled chicken and it turned out great. Hoping for another homerun with fish this time. Any ideas, seasoning tips, or cooking instructions would be awesome.

Thanks Again,
J.

the swordfish is a pretty hearty fish so you could definatly grill it with a little olive oil and some herbs on top. the mahimahi would be great if you got some macadamia nuts and ground them up really fine and then almost breaded the fish with a light dusting iof flour, then a quick dip in some egg then covered with the nuts. i would then broil it a little while (maybe 6 min on each side or until flakes with a fork)

thats what i would do. www.foodnetwork.com will have some great recipes as well!

nice! well, I'm not a cook so I don't have any fancy way of preparing fish.

I usually marinate in some pepper and very little salt. some rice wine. then throw on some more pepper and herbs and bake. i hate over cooked fish so more like broil so the inside is still kinda raw with crespy outside.
