YACT: I just got 3M window tint....good or bad?

I just got my car tinted and 3M has a lifetime warranty on all their film from fading..and i also got the dealers warranty so if i break a window they will replace it for free. Any thoughts? I paid about 280

Because their front windows aren't tinted, just the 40 feet of windows behind the drivers seat.
