YACT: How to get the headline to stick back up?

so my headliner has been sagging for a couple years, billowing in the wind, making me look like a jacka$$ everywhere I drive. I tried some spray on adhesive and it held for a while, but it's sagging again....what do you use to fix it? A buttload more adhesive?

3M makes a special headliner adhesive that worked for me.

I knew someone that used thumbtacks. It was ghetto as hell.
