YACT: how much should I pay?

Tomorrow I am going to a dealership to look at this car again. It is a certified 05 corolla with 9000 miles The price they are asking is $14995. I am going to make an offer of $12,500. Do you think this is reasonable I figured you can only go up. I'm sure the dealer is not going to like my initial offer, so what should I go up to bargaining for this car?

WTF mate, 15k buys a new '06 Camry here in LA.

At any rate, 12.5 seems fair but I wouldn't go above 13.
