Okay, taken from here let's say gas averages 6 lb/gal.

On a compact car typical gas tank is what, 12 gallons? That's only 72 lbs, but let's consider larger vehicles. I just filled my wife's minivan up today and it holds 24 gallons, that's an extra 144 lbs, I could definitely notice it took a little more effort to stop than it did when it was sucking fumes, not much, but it was more.

Do the people doing testing for breaking, acceleration, etc.. have a standard? Do they always use full tanks, half full, almost empty?

I may be wrong but I'd think the amount of gas would affect some of those statistics.

Yes, I've been off work for almost 2 weeks and I'm bored!

What if a 60lb midget is driving the car?
What if a 300lb fat ass is driving?

I'm pretty sure that either way by looking at different tests you'll get the basic idea of how good a car is.

If you base your whole purchase of a car because it got .1 second faster 0-60 time you have problems.

Every 100lbs equals 1/10th of a second off of the quarter mile so it certainly good affect performance measurements but only a little. I doubt they do the tests with a full tank.

I really couldn't care less. Like I said, I've been off 2 weeks and I'm bored dammit! Just thought I'd start a thread and instead of bitching that it cost me $43 to fill up the van I posted this :p :D.
