wet sand with a DA at 220 grit and work your way up to 400-600. then 2 coats of primer, sand some more,,2 coats of factory match paint, 2 coats of clearcoat. then wash and wax. maybe some rubbing compound too. nothing 500 bucks can't fix.

u can try to buff it out...buy a buff machine (they are only like $12 at walmart)...buy some of the tutlewax special color matching wax...wash the area real good...dry it real good...apply wax crayon to scratches...wax rest of the the area with bottle of color amtching wax...should be about as good as your going to do on your own
