YACT: Help Me Lease a Convertible

I want to spend $350/month or lower with about $2k down.
36 month lease, 15,000 miles a year.

I've been looking into the Eclipse Spyders but haven't been able to bargain my way down enough to my satisfaction.

What are some convertibles I should consider in this price range?

by the way..... cabriolet, sebring, and miata are out.

i'm also a bit iffy on the mustang

and YES, it HAS to be a convertible

A second vote on that one...or if you wanna stay in the Toyota family, get a Camry Solara

And if you're already looking at the Mustang, it makes sense to check out the Camaro/Firebird

I was in a similar situation, but with interest rates so low...Leasing was not as attractive (I've leased my past three trucks) Have you looked at buy options and compared it to a lease? I bought an 01 Mustang GT 'Vert with all options for $400/month for 60 months with $1000 down (including the auto and leather, etc, etc)
