YACT: Good places to browse for a MP3/CD Headunit

First off, thanks everyone for your responses in my other thread about how difficult it would be to install a MP3/CD Headunit in my 1997 Toyota 4-Runner. I'm pretty much set on installing it myself with the help of one of my friends.

Now my second question, do you all know of a place to find a decently priced, good brand (pioneer, etc) MP3/CD headunit from a reputable dealer? My price cap would be around $140 shipped.
