No one. I was clubbing this weekend, so I just parked it on a normal parking lot. Maybe someone was bored. *grrrrrr*

my guess is that some drunk SOB came out stumbling and fell against your car with keys in hand..

S*it happens. Someone kicked my door the other day. Left a dent and a scratch. Oh well.

It might've been one of those poor seals coming back for revenge. ;)

The cars I've seen deliberatley keyed have all had a lot more damage and it was obvious that it was done on purpose by the location and type of damage.

This looks more like an accidental scratch to me.

Not that it helps any.

edit- after looking at the pics again I can't tell if how many scratches there are. My comment above is if there is one scratch.

I was just thinking, can any of you (besides ndee) identify the make of car by just looking at those pictures?

Judging by the grille + headlamp shape... some kinda Pontiac ? I can tell from the rears of most cars, but not fronts too well...

I could have been someone leaving something on the hood and it slid and scratched the hood, or someone was sitting on it and when they moved parts from their jacket or something may have scratched it.

I don't think anyone did it on purpose though.

I bet it was a little old lady who was knitting a cap and tripped and landed on your car.

Its deep, but it isn't very long. If someone was intentionally keying your car, I'd think they would have done much more damage.

sucks .. just put another scratch on the opposite side and make it look intentional.

my fiance's car just got a nice, deep, 5 inch gash by the side of his trunk (car not even a year old)...my car (got it last may) has these crazy round marks looks like someone came by the trunk and cut a couple pf perfect circles through my paint....:frown:

I blame mine on the IDIOT car wash people by my house - probably when they LOCKED my keys in my car (back in early March) and I had to walk home to get my spare set...bastards....auuughh I hate them!! Last car wash I ever go to there!!!!

I don't think it's accidental. Might have been some drunk guy goofing around.

It could have been worse though. I saw this car in the parking lot at the Astrodome that had "bitch" keyed into the door with 12 inch letters.
