If you can bust loose the connections at the wheel cylinders, maybe it won't be so bad. (That only matters if you have to replace a cylinder anyway.) I just imagined in Wisconsin, everything would be welded together with rust. NAPA doesn't list the drums, so they may be expensive. May be best to turn them if you can. With the
spring pliers, you can handle the job. Just take apart one side at a time. Take pictures before pulling it apart. Prepare to buy new spring kits, and star wheels. You might have to back off the star wheels to get the drums off. Most likely you will.
Otherwise, it's probably $60.00 each for drums, $20.00 per axle for shoes, and a couple hours labor.
