what's the dif between an F-150 XL and XLT?


I looked on the web but I could find anything

I believe the XLT comes with carpet VS vinyl on the floor, and some fabric in the door panels.

Essentially a trim option, but if you want any other options, you're ususally forced to go with the XLT.

XL=work truck base model
XLT=more of a personal truck

MY XL looks VERY bland on the inside, but I can hose it out too

BTW, they (Ford) plans to sell the 03' model next year too, alongside the 04' (which shares virtually no parts with the previous model). IIFC, they're calling it a "Heritage model or something"

I was wondering if a XL is coming with power doors, power windows ,power mirrors and power sits

Big diff like chrome bumpers, grill, power windows, locks, cruise, nice seats, carpet, tach, etc et ce tcetc
