Very common problem with inline 6 Jeeps. (although usually not quite a big a leak as yours)

What did you replace it with?

Stock. I needed one ASAP, as it was VERY loud and a buddy had one that he gave me plus $50 for an old 231 transfer case.

Only took 4 hours from opening the hood to closing the hood.

yikes, that looks bad. only 4 hours? not too bad at all! although I think exhaust manifolds are really overrated. they don't do much really
