YACT: East bay CA people, can you recommend a quality body shop

i bought a spoiler for my scion tc and am now looking to find a body shop to prep and paint it. the few shops i called around in oakland wants $150-$200 for paint only, extra $$ to prep, and "installed" for $500...i never bought a spoiler before so i have no experience with body shops, can sombody recommend a quality shop in the East bay? thanks

brook's motors in oakland, near the airport is a great body shop, but they are expensive. they are one of the few body shops that are certified to repair audi a8's

well, it did come with 3m double sided tape, the strong stuff, and one of the guys on scionlife did tape it on.
