dudes pretty obviously a drug smuggler/distributor

driving a raptor, while the whole family is collecting welfare payments

they own a ton of cars but no one has any real income. ditching survelliance nonstop

I would guess he was def guilty of some drug running and VERY good at it.

they had shit for actual proof but all the markers and activity point to it

lol wut? I didnt hear them shout POLICE ever.

So this country now operates like Dirty Harry wanted it to? Where proper intelligence and due diligence isn't required? What happened to the 4th ammendment?

No, he hates everyone equally. And yes, I there was an obligatory watching of Dirty Harry when my Model 29 arrived :)

My post is referring to the whole illegal entry into the stadium to go after scorpio.

And LOL at Alkemyst and his bragging.

just being honest dude...hardly bragging...I make chump change still.

However; when I was all of 20 I paid for my own health insurance even though $125-175 a month sucked. I have always invested in security esp in apartments. Things like burglar bars and the like when properly implemented keep your place safe.

If I even owned one gun I'd make sure it's either one me or locked up when I am not home. This is how many guns end up in the wrong hands.

Some asshat bragging he has a mini-arsenal on the internet is not hard to pinpoint and rob.

They can paint warrants pretty bad. For all we know this guy and his family were just doing the popular self-employed and working under the table while raping the guvment for free money.

To HAL9000...if my car alarm is going off and a bunch of dudes in black just showed up, I am not thinking they are legally coming into my house. I am thinking WTFBBQIDO?!?

Yeah in this situation, if I had even just a .22LR...i'd tell my family to get back, and get out as soon as possible...don't worry about me.

Like I said, you obviously don't know what you're talking about.

To accept a credit card, you have to pay a fee...and there is a fee per transaction. Ever been to a hole in the wall restaurant that says no credit cards for charges below $10?

lolz on you?

I don't go or buy on the ghetto market. You realize you can have your local gun broker handle this for you all upfront and just throw a credit card his way.

You are pathetically clueless and are just shopping cheapest methods possible.

If I was hunting a rare or limited item, then yeah I'd deal in shit like this.

I don't eat at any place that will not take a CC for even a soda. I have stopped in Quikee marts that try to pull that shit and I snap a picture of there sign with the guy behind the counter and email it to the card companies customer service folks. However, today's laws allow a minimum transaction...they still do not allow for fees, only discounts for cash.

Paypal would kill the account if they were charging fees.

I think you don't know how to solve your life's problems.

edit: last point...yeah I used to accept CC's, it was like 1.5% and a quarter or something like that. I built that into my price. Most everyone pays by plastic today except the poor or those illegal and cannot open a bank account.

I rather not deal with them anyway.

I take it you can't read english? Jose Guerena was the one shot and does not get welfare or own a ton of cars. He also has a job and that is even listed in the warrant.

Alejandro Guerena is the one listed on welfare and has the cars.

That's the problem today, even with evidence people form the conclusion the media planned.

hard to keep exactly who was who all straight after trudging through pages and pages of shit. he has a job that pays 41k and what, is driving a raptor(that his brother drivers?) his wife has like a 2008 escalade.

41K salary, and 100K in vehicles, and they own their home worth over 100K

I know latino familys intermix and keep it all close, but theres a good 100K in legit income in the last 2 years between like 8 of them and almost a mil in assests. lots of misdemeanors and drug activity in their records(and on property they own but dont live at?)

it doesnt change how shady it all comes across as. just my .02.

and no where did I say it was still OK to do that no knock :colbert:

if you dont think this appears to be pretty shady, then you can't read english very well :whiste:

again, where did I say it was OK? I didn't.

could be, but all teh ties to low level drug trafficing and their links to the 1000lb pot bust point to criminal enterprise, so I can see why they were investigating. I still didnt hear them yell shit and I watched it again, if its not easy to hear, from 20 feet way outside, its not very audible inside, IMO. but we all know HAL feels otherwise

Circumstantial evidence is just that. You need hard proof before busting down someone's door with guns blazing. You're providing a conclusion without proper evidence.

I'd say they have very good reasonable suspicion of Jose's brother and father in law for drug trafficking. I'd say that Jose might have been "benefiting" from his brother's life style. I am not convinced that Jose himself was trafficking though. Still, he was a close associate with his brother and the cops have reasonable cause to at least detain him for questioning and investigation. Still, that doesn't mean bring down the hammer on him either.

The warrant gives enough probably cause to effect a search and investigation for sure. Still the cops used a damn sledge hammer to swat a fly in this case. There was better ways of doing this and they messed up here.
