YACT: Buying used car right off lease?

Yup, pretty much only from the dealer... which is kinda suck since dealers will jack the price as much as they feel they can get away with. It's either that or auctions that may be kinda risky.

I actually took the risk on my car (from auction) knowing that I would prolly have to fix a lot of problems here and there. And I did, if I didn't have that extra time&money at that point, I would not have bought from auction. Buy from a private party and you'll be able to get a better deal most of the time and prolly be better off.
