YACT: Both Speakers work with Radio but only one with CD?

When it is on Radio both speakers work fine but when it is set to Cd Player only the right one works... So it cant be the speakers right?!? WTF is the problem??

On some head units the equalizer settings are different for radio and CD. My Kenwood is this way. What kind of head unit is it?

It's likely there is a problem with your head unit decoding the channels of the CD so that sounds that the sounds are on their correct sides.

This problem is probably not worth fixing and you should replace your CD player.

Mine is this way too. However it's only for equalizer settings. Not speaker balance.

That is exactly how my headunit started to go. It was only a matter of a couple of months until it was completely shot. Time for a new one.

It was bought of ebay brand new... I still have the box & the rest of the crap I will take a look into the box today.
