For auto insurance, the term "no-fault" relates to medical expenses. Usually in no-fault states, your personal policy will cover any medical expenses up to the policy limits. In addition, if your injuries exceed a certain threshold, you can pursue further claims for medical expenses and/or bodily injury.

No-fault has no particular relation to 1st/3rd party claims for property damages and you are not limited to one option in the pursuit of damages incurred.

Here is the estimation I am coming up with (list prices from everythingnissan.com)

Hood -- $474
Bumper cover -- $307
Left Fender -- $228

Paint and paint labor for the above 3 pieces -- $800

Grill -- $205
Left headlight -- $295
Left foglight -- $201
Right foglight -- $201 (it is chipped / cracked)
Radiator support assembly -- $364 (not sure if I'll need this)
Radiator -- $499

Labor to install all parts and pieces (including painted pieces) -- $800

Total: $4,300

(Keep in mind, these were factory pieces quoted at the list price, and I have no clue if I'm too high or too low on paint/labor/install labor prices)

I'll follow dangerously close to the car in front...

Dangerously close?

Leaving no room for somebody to cut in, is NOT equivalent to "dangerously close". If you can see the traffic ahead of the car in front of you, you know about what to expect. Besides, you're the one driving the "twisties handling", "sporty" car. Why are you so worried you can't stop quick enough?
