Help me out on this one guys - my suburban is sold, putting a solid 5 figures back into the Bank of PAB, and I'm looking around for the next place to park some money.

Almost everyone talks about how the mini's are so hot right now and people are having a hard time buying em, so me being me, I'm thinking about flipping a mini.

Here's some real time sale reporting. Anything there, I'd be able to buy + or - $500.

I havent found *ANYTHING* on Autotrader or Cars.com with comprable classified ads and current asks.

IMHO, not like there used to be. The demand up here is fairly low now, but I guess if you could find a buyer out west and didn't mind dropping the cash to ship it you could make some.

I sold my 05 S for $19xxx with 15,000 miles in Dec. and it was up for sale for quite a while.
BTW, stay away from the Coopers, very little demand, unless it's a convertible, but then you will be talking $20k+ easily.

EDIT: The local dealer has dozens of unsold MINIs right now in their lot, btw.

They are everywhere here, there is even a fullly-stocked dealership a few blocks from my house (I was checking them out with a friend a few weeks ago). No shortage that I have heard, but I am in Canada so it is probably different here.

Good luck though

It depends where you live, I had to wait 6 months when I ordered my '05 Cooper and I live in Denver. Can't beat the resale value :D

The guy who bought our 05 S told us he had already found a buyer for it in Colorado.
