I just looked on edmunds about the camry.. it claims that the V6 only has 130 HP and 145ft/pounds of torque. I checked on carpoint and it has 188/203 ft/toruqe 😛 Umm that would be a huge difference. I am definlty going to be more open to the camry, as it would be a fun 2dr to drive, with plenty of door and its a 5 speed. 🙂

Nope, trust me the V6 isn't faster or any more fun to drive. And a Camry is not a fun car to drive, 5speed or not.

The V6 claims to go 0-60 in under 8 seconds. I still think Camrys or Accords are GOOD, solid transportation and would be fine cars. For the price, it might seem like a little bit better deal, but I still have no idea what the accord really is so I guess I can't judge them quiet yet.

just trust us, "fun to drive" isn't something a Camry is known for at all 🙂

Driving my parents' '00 Camry (5speed) is like driving a Cadillac with a stick, minus the leather and torque.

It claims to have 203pounds of torque. I thought that was pretty good for car of that type. You guys think the accord would be a much better car to drive? Keep in mind the cars I have been through in the past 2 years.

Yes, the Accord is (assuming its the 4banger). Mine was fun even before I modified it (91 5speed sedan).
