I don't think you will find many people here that would suggest you get a Mitsubishi at all.
Long term reliability on them sucks.
 
i had a 99' for 42 days.totalled it.
other than the front grill its virtually identical.(i had the es 4 banger tho)
the 04's and up are much nicer riding and the interior is a total redesign.
to me, the car felt cheap, the way the trunk shut and hood opened.I wouldnt buy one again...i consider it a blessing in disguise that i totalled it.
