YACST (Yet, Another Car Sticker Thread)

Saw the other car sticker thread, and I too want to know what a certain sticker means. But I don't have a pic.

I have seen it on several cars. It is shaped as a state (I have seen Texas, Florida, Cali, Alabama) and is all red, except for a thick diagonal white line that goes from just shy of the top left hand side of the state to just shy of the bottom right hand side of the state. No, there is no circle around the state, so I don't think it's making a "No to Texas" or "No to Florida" statement. I have seen a couple of cars with more than one state sticker on them, but most just have one. Anyone know what these stickers mean?

If it was a rectangle, it has something to do with Scuba Diving... I think.

I think its a scuba diving sticker. Just signifying the state as well.

Red w/ the white stripe is a scuba diving symbol.
